From Boston Airport (approx. 2 hours)
Get on I-95 North for about 38 miles until you get to Exit 4 - NH Route 16. Get on and stay on route 16 for 57.4 miles. A good way to find us is by following the little green mile markers on the side of the highway. The closest New Hampshire Rt16 Mile Marker to us is 57.4. We are 6-7 miles north of the traffic lights in Ossipee where Rts 16 & 28 meet. We are just down the hill on the left hand side just past Brooks Motor Sales and the Indian Mound Hardware store. If you pass Smitty’s Golf Range, you’ve gone one too far.

From most Maine points (approx. 1 ½ hours)
Find Rt 25 near Portland, Maine and keep going all the way into New Hampshire and don’t get off it until it meets NH Route 16. Turn right (heading north) on Rt 16 and drive 2.7 miles. We’re on the left (see above to be more specific).

From Manchester NH and I-93 (approx. 1 ½ hours)
Go along Brown Avenue and turn left onto I-293 (heading towards Concord) for about 2-3 miles, then merge onto I-93 heading north. Go approx. 50 miles and take exit 23. Turn right heading along Rt104 until the T intersection at the Meredith McDonalds and take a left at the traffic lights. Drive about a mile and turn right at the lights to get onto Rt25. Drive 23 miles until you reach Rt 16. The Yankee Smokehouse is on the corner. Turn right onto Rt16 and drive 3 miles south. We are on the right just past Smitty’s Golf Range. Alternate Route – We actually prefer to drive up I-93 to Concord and get on Route 9 East then take Rt28 North – it’s a prettier drive and more scenic. Sometimes we like to take I-93 to Tilton and take the back roads through Gilmanton and Alton Bay then up Rt28 – that way you get scenery and shopping!

From North Conway (approx. 30 mins)
We are 22 miles south of the Settler’s Green Outlet Village in North Conway, and it’s a straight shot down Rt16 to our door. We are 3 miles south of the Yankee Smokehouse on the right past Smitty’s Golf Range, at mile marker 57.4.
